The Trindle Cafe

    Last October, Mike, Peggy and Jason (Mike & Peggy’s son) Ferber opened the Trindle Cafe, in Mechanicsburg.

   Jason, originally a Harrisburg native, moved to the Philadelphia area after college and worked in the hotel and restaurant business for a number of years. He returned to the area and worked for several years, as a manager, at the Hotel Hershey.

    Jason’s wanted start his own business and  bring the South Philly flavors to this area. His experience with food preparation and desire to experiment with some new food styles resulted in the opening of the Trindle Cafe. Jason, along with several employees can be seen behind the counter preparing and serving food. Meanwhile, Mike and Peggy provide support and assistance with all the non-food aspects of running a business. 

   If you are in the Mechanicsburg area, stop by for a nice lunch and say “Hi” to Mike and Peggy.
